Luxury Double Storey Home

Sitting on a limestone cliff above North Beach with sweeping views over the ocean required a design that was very individual. Working on this project with talented architect, Peter Dogget, the home was constructed to take maximum advantage of the views, whilst still controlling the solar access to ensure maximum protection in summer and lots of sun access in winter. The family spaces are designed to look over each other to view both the sea and the internal protected courtyard space. Simply lines of the structure combine with the warmth of timber in ceilings and floors to give the home a modern but warm finish. Luxury homes don’t get much better than this.
