Luxury Double Storey Home

This home was designed for RiverStone by renowned architect Craig Muir as a new display to show the ability of the company to deliver ultra modern design. The home was named the Linea to emphasise its strong, simple architectural lines. Sitting on a very small block the home still presents as a powerful statement to the street and yet enjoys well protected outdoor space at the rear. There is quite simple a lot of house on this constrained block due entirely to a clever floor plan.

Prior to putting this home on display the company was known more for its traditional designs, but the home was so successful that the company now designs all types of individually styled homes, with luxury finishes. This design has been awarded a number of architectural design awards and deserves its status now as an icon of modern design in the Western Suburbs.
